Sunrise Outdoor Silent Yoga
Multiple Dates: June – August 2019
Ommmmm. Grab your yoga mat and enjoy rooftop meditation and movement at this yogi event. Lead by Resonation, a silent yoga and fitness event company, and with a live DJ, these classes are offered at two locations June through August: the W Hotel and Streeterville Social. Choose between a single date ticket, package of 4 classes, or season pass!
VIBEUP SUNSHINE Yoga Fest

Do you like yoga and ale? If so, this is the yoga & fitness festival for you! VIBEUP SUNSHINE Yoga Fest will occur in Grant Park this June. Enjoy a Mindful Market, yoga class, dance parties, an ale fest featuring over 200 brews and ciders.

Gino’s East 5k will be hosted at Montrose Beach this year and will greet you at the finish line with not only a medal, but also a slice of pizza. That’s my type of reward! Proceeds from this yummy 5k will benefit the Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
