It’s time to get cozy ☺️ The holidays are the perfect time to unwind and relax. I personally like to do my gift unwrapping and Christmas movie watching in super comfy, but still stylish, clothes. Below I have listed (and shown) some of my favorite holiday loungewear this season!

Nothing says luxe comfort like satin pajamas! This button-front romper from Victoria’s Secret comes in a few colors & prints and is lightweight fashion. I can certainly perfect myself waking up Christmas morning wearing it! The millennial pink option is super trendy and catches the lighting just right for perfect PJ pics.
J.Crew Factory Feliz Navidad Tshirt & Sweatpants
I love this Feliz Navidad shirt from J.Crew Factory (unfortunately looks like it’s sold out). It is a perfect way to represent my Latina side of the family as we usually say “Feliz Navidad” to one another on Christmas day rather than “Merry Christmas”. These super soft sweatpants are also from J.Crew Factory and are extremely comfy. They come in three different colors!

What To Wear To a Holiday Event + The Perfect Holiday Heels
Who else is ready for turkey & stuffing?? 🙋🏽♀️ I feel like the holidays alway sneak up on us. From checking off your gift list to planning events, everything comes up sooo fast. For me, I always feel like I’m rushing to figure out what to wear for the holidays and never feel completely satisfied with the outcome due to this. This year I have come to the realization that you only need main item in your holiday outfit, whether it’s for a family gathering or work event, to make it a winner. An item that is something sparkly, metallic, and/or velvet to revolve the rest of your holiday outfit around!
This year, I didn’t need to search far to find this magical item to complete my outfit. I came across it by accident when online shopping on ASOS and it immediately spoke to me; the most perfect holiday heels I have ever laid my eyes on. I mean come on, the whole heel is encrusted in RHINESTONES! Plus the satin raspberry color and pop of embellishment in the front is perfectly festive. What’s even better is that these holiday heels are currently on sale for 40% off (walk, don’t run)! I absolutely love their block heel and pointed toe combination.
I think the easiest outfit to put together for any type of holiday event is a long sleeve shirt paired with a skirt and heels. Now this is the base of your outfit. There are many opportunities to spruce it up and customize it to your liking from once you have the base down. Tights, no tights. Jewelry, no jewelry. Pump heels, boot heels. Handbag, clutch. The options are endless! For this specific outfit I am wearing an embellished collared button up from MANGO, black flare skirt (from a few years ago – see similar options linked below), ASOS embellished heels, and sparkly Marc Jacobs clutch (from a few years ago – see similar options below).

I recently have been into item personalization. From full name to first letter initials, personalizing every day objects is a great way to subtly make your mark. Read below for my top three items!
1. Name Phone Case
This Off My Case phone case is hands down my favorite name personalized item, ever. The online shop lets you choose from mulitple color combinations, as well as symbols to add if desired, for a custom look. When looking at Off My Case’s Instagram profile for inspiration, I instantly fell in love with the white on white look.
2. Initial Necklace
You might have seen the side angled Initial necklaces make an apparence recently in your feed. My ‘A’ necklace is a favorite from 6th Borough Boutique and comes in both gold and silver.
3. Name Keychain
I actually found this keychain in a tourist shop in San Diego (hey if it’s cute, it’s cute) , however I have found a close second on Etsy.

Fall Style For The City Girl
Who else is excited for boot & sweater weather?? Fall is a close second to Summer being my favorite season. I think this is mainly due to my love for boots, pumpkin flavored everything and coziness. And with any new season comes new coveted closet go-tos. Fall seems to always sneak up on me, especially here in Chicago where the season changes in a day. I learned my lesson years ago to prepare early for the winds and cold. Stay ahead of the game with flawless day, semi-casual, going out and lounge looks!

The Most Flattering Crop Top on Amazon Prime
I have found the unicorn of crop tops, and on Amazon Prime no less. The KIRA wrap crop top is the most flattering crop top I have ever come across. The top comes in a variety of colors and styles in sizes XS to XL. The cross design in the front, and looser side fitting, creates an attractive silhouette (even if you just ate). I started out with the long sleeve wrap in Wine this past fall and have since bought the long sleeve style in White and Army Green ( I wear size Medium for a little wiggle room!). How much for this staple piece? You might want to sit down. Only $15 each.
